We are looking for a driven and strategic-minded International Sales Manager to spearhead our global expansion. In this pivotal role, you will act as a brand ambassador, identifying untapped market potential and forging lasting alliances that drive our international success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Proactively identifying, evaluating, and penetrating new business opportunities and emerging markets globally.
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and executing bespoke sales strategies and market entry plans to exceed revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Relationship Management: Building and nurturing high-level relationships with key accounts, global partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Project Leadership: Acting as the primary liaison between international clients and internal departments (e.g., Product, Logistics, Finance) to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—while maintaining a robust pipeline and providing accurate sales forecasts.

Your Profile:

  • Proven track record in international sales, business development, or account management within a global environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across different cultures and hierarchy levels.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and a high degree of self-motivation.
