Your tasks:
- Strategic planning: Designing and managing holistic, integrated marketing strategies to sharpen our brand positioning in a dynamic market environment.
- Campaign management: End-to-end responsibility for national and international campaigns – from the initial idea to budget planning and rollout.
- Performance optimization: Continuous analysis of marketing KPIs and derivation of data-driven recommendations for action to optimize the customer journey.
- Stakeholder management: Close collaboration with internal teams (sales, product, design) and management of external agency partners.
- Trend monitoring: Observation of market and competitive developments and identification of new growth opportunities and innovative marketing channels.
Your profile:
- Several years of relevant professional experience in strategic marketing or in a comparable senior position.
- Proven success in the design and implementation of complex multi-channel campaigns.
- Confident use of common marketing tools (analytics, CRM, automation) and a strong understanding of digital trends.
- Business fluent communication skills in German and English.
